Bill McGucken

Bill has been a member of St Pius since moving to Bowie in 1982.  He has been married for 46 years come September and has 2 children, Therese and Christopher. Bill is now retired from the State of Maryland, where he worked appraising commercial property for the Department of Assessments and Taxation.  Over the years he has participated in the following ministries: SOME, Christmas in April, the Sharing Pantry, Warm Nights and Habitat for Humanity.  In his spare time he enjoys pickleball, bass fishing cycling, kayaking. Bill also enjoys a good zombie novel and Korean TV series.   When asked his favorite ice cream, Bill replied: "As for favorite ice cream, that's the hardest question of all.  I never tasted a flavor I didn't like.  It's like asking which of your children you love the most.  While each flavor is different you can't choose just one!"
