I have been at Saint Pius for most of my life. I grew up in the parish and was only away for college, and then a couple years while we lived in Arnold. My wife Katie currently leads the Communications Team, and is also actively involved in our music ministry for which I used to sing and play guitar for as well. We have three children Daniel, Michael, and Nora, all in Catholic schools. We love to host people at our home and enjoy cooking, but when we need to get away, our family's 'go-to' is Disney. My role is to coordinate all the technology at Mass. I create and update the screens for Mass, I set up the camera shots for the live-stream, I pre-mix both the live and stream audio, and I also do the live-sound mixing at 5:30 Mass. I see my role as essentially bringing the Mass online with as little change as possible for all involved. I am a full time teacher / technology administrator at Bishop McNamara High School. I am in charge of what is essentially our Maker Space, and have taught Math there for 20 years. I get to play with 3D Printers, CNC Machines, Raspberry Pi's and more all day while making them accessible to students who haven't been exposed to them in the past. You’ll find me snacking on Vanilla Bean ice cream and Haribo Gold Bears, and playing video games pretty much every day.
