We invite you to join us on Wednesday, November 12 at 7 PM (in person or at SPX Online) for an Evening of Remembrance, where we will name those who have died, remember them, and thank God for their lives through music, prayer, scripture, and reflection. You are invited to bring a small photo or object that reminds you of them. We especially ask you to reach out and invite friends or neighbors who have lost someone in the past year to attend.

Families Helping Families is an opportunity for you and your family, or organization / group, to help others this Thanksgiving. As we have for the past 40+ years, SPX will be providing Thanksgiving Baskets and gift cards to families who are in need of food assistance. This outreach program partners with St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Largo, Assumption Parish in S.E. Washington, and the Bowie Interfaith Food Pantry. Pius Partners assists parishioners who have short-term, non-financial needs during times of illness, birth of a child, death in the family or other crisis situations.  We can assist with cooking and delivering a meal, driving to medical appointments or mass, grocery shopping, light housework, etc.
